How the new Apple guest app works and when do you want to use

While Apple’s new application and service sounds easy to use, Apple connects so many services that it takes a few steps – and can confuse your invitations. Here’s how to use it.

Apple Invites was launched, although it is still not around the world at the time of writing. If you don’t seek a shop search for you, try this direct link.

The application is so new that there is no Apple support documentation for it, which means there are certain points that are not yet clear. Specifically, he is not sure what Android users will not see when they accepted an invitation from Apple.

Apple Invites is a free iPhone app, but the event organizer must have paid subpiction iCloud+to use it. Your invitations not and they may not have an Apple account, so Android users should be able to be able to do your event.

Settings are easy for the organizer

All this said, creating the event itself, before sending an invitation, it is simple – if sometimes slow. You want to create your first events:

Finally sending an invitation

But then it’s another Apple service that can be used optionally – and it’s one lonely service you want to think that it would be automatic.

Calendar.

You go through this process and nothing ends at all in your calendar, or at least automatically. You are not quick to add an event to your calendar as you produce or edit it.

Instead, you have to decide to find and click the calendar icon at the top right of the invitation and create an element.

And the first thing he does is an application for an Apple invitation to access the calendar.

All this takes much less time than to describe, and overall it is a smart way to benefit from the fact that there are so many Apple services. But every step feels like a barrier when you set your first event.

The second and subsequent events skip certain steps. For some reason, for example, there are the same confusing contacts to be shared.

Instead, you will be able to create a general link that you send to anyone, or you can choose a particular guest.

The only exception by default can be this particular guest only the one you have allowed to share contact details. Tap Choose a guest and you are offered their name or name and Settings Button to add another one.

Apple Invite definitely looks good, it definitely offers good services in how it manages RSVPS. However, there are enough rough edges that it should go through internally useful, as expected.
