IFixit today dismantled the battery of iPhone Air Magsafe batteries, accessories designed to work exclusively with ‌iphone Air‌, and discover something interesting.

The battery inside the accessory has an unusual shape, which leads to the iFixit to conclude that Apple is using the same battery for ‌iphone Air‌ and the ‌iphone Air‌ ‌magsafe‌ battery.

IFIXIT compared the battery in the ‌magsafe‌ battery with the ‌iphone Air‌, which Apple showed when the new device was introduced, and it seems close to it, not the identical.

The battery has a capacity of 12.26Wh and has a thick 2.72 mm, which means it is suitable for 5.6 mm ‌iphone air.

The ‌iphone Air‌ ‌magsafe‌ is only Aly charging only piercing ‌iphone through the air up to 65, although Apple seems to use an accurate battery on the iPhone, but this is to lose energy transfer during wireless charging.
