Tim Cook, Craig Federighi addresses Apple employees to AA, Siri

On Friday afternoon, the CEO of Apple Tim Cook and Senior Vice President Craig Fededi addressed Apple Park employees, discussing the extent and extent of artificial intelligence Siri and the road forward for Apple.

Less than a day after Apple dropped out the expectations of Wall Street for a quarter, Tim Cook and Craig Federighi arranged with Apple on Friday. The themes were extensive, focusing on Apple’s intelligence efforts, which came under fire from analysts and other speaking heads.

“Apple has to do that. Apple will do that. That’s beyond the bear,” Cook said about artificial intelligence during the meeting, by BloombergAccounting on Friday. “We’ll make an investment on it.”

Since Apple has improved Siri, Apple has delayed, and frankly, for years, we have observed that a pile of cash Apple allows him to wait for any storm or any failure. Tim Cook did this exact comment on All Hands meeting.

“We rarely were the first. Before Mac was a PC,” Cook said. “There was a smartphone before the iPhone, there were many tablets before the iPad, before the iPod was the MP3 player.”

Cook also encouraged Apple employees to use artificial intelligence in the workplace.

“We are already using a significant way and we have to use it as a company,” Cook said. “It should not be behind and we can’t do it.”

Tim Cook was not alone in that he personally introduced the collected Apple employees and practically. Craig Federighi spoke, but apparently did not hold the lecture.

Hair nit One on site for Siri

In a very short notic, Federight pontified Siri’s delay and said that the problems stem from a new system that served two new and discreet engineering tasks.

The tasks of setting alarms and everyday use of smartphones are obviously difficult to integrate with a large language model as demonstrated during 2024 WWDC.

“At first we wanted to make a hybrid architecture,” Craig Federighi said. “We realized that this approach would not get us into the quality of apples.”

“The work we do at this end revision of Siri gave us the results we needed. It was in a position to not only add what was concerned, but delivered much more upgrade than we called on,” Federighi told Apple employers. “There is no project that people take more seriously.”

Improved Siri is now expected in the spring of 2026.

Workforce involvement

The artificial intelligence and implementation of Apple was not the only topics of discussion. The meeting took place for an hour and discussed Apple TV+ Viewship, AirPods for Hearing aid, Apple Community Services, pressure on developing markets, vague reference to upcoming products, retirement director Jeff Williams, regulatory efforts and environment.

Apple was historically listed on Naysayers, normal media complain. Direct feedback is their vector one -way interaction with the public using Apple. We know that they read sites as Appleinsider And our friends at Macrumory and 9to5mac Often, but pay little attention to the forums.

The meeting, as it took place on Friday, is rare and what we have also heard, incorporated the only feedback we have just mentioned, which are usually ignored.

Apple only arranged a handful of meeting hands. It surrounds the problem of the iPhone 4 antennas, we know one after the original Homepod resorted, and after the abolition the other around the AirPower wireless charging pad.

Obviously, Apple can start listening, at least partially, to a wider user base. Even more importantly, the executives clarify their attitude to the “Rank and File” projects in Apple Park.

Overall, we think it’s a good thing.
